Condo HVAC Repair Toronto started in 2004 for one reason: condo owners and property managers kept getting turned away by HVAC companies that did not understand vertical fan coils. Twenty-two years later we still only work on condo equipment.

Why a Condo-Only HVAC Company
In the early 2000s, Toronto was building condos faster than almost any city in North America, and most of them heated and cooled with vertical fan coils or water-source heat pumps tied to a building loop. The HVAC trade had not caught up. Residential companies were set up for basement furnaces and outdoor condensers, and many simply refused condo calls. The ones that took them often guessed from the thermostat, replaced parts that were fine and left the real fault in place.
The company was built around the opposite approach. Measure the loop at the coil before touching anything. Write the scope down and price it before work starts. Respect the way buildings run: certificates of insurance, suite entry notices, elevator bookings, service nights. And answer the phone at 2am when a fan coil pan is leaking into the suite below.
That approach has not changed. What has changed is scale. Today we have serviced more than 1,500 condo units and run building programs from 24 to 180 suites, with eight named Operations Managers covering Downtown Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham and Oakville. The company is still family-operated, and every job still starts with readings and a written scope.

The Condo HVAC Repair Toronto Crew has serviced 1,500+ condo units across Toronto and the GTA since 2004. The team works only on condo equipment: vertical fan coils, water-source heat pumps, Magic-Pak units and hydronic risers. Every technician is trained on the diagnostic sequence for each system type, carries the common parts for the brands we see most, and works under the same written-scope rule.
